How much time will this take from me per week ?

Expect 2–3 hours per week — primarily calls and decision-making. We build the 80%. You bring context, judgment, and final sign-off.

Do you guarantee results?

We offer an alignment guarantee, not a fantasy guarantee. If after onboarding and your first week of working together you feel we're not what we described on this page, tell us and we'll part ways and refund your fee under the terms in your agreement. We won't take you on if we don't see a credible path to ROI.

Is this done‑for‑you, or will I be doing most of the work?
